CHARGES FOR TRANSPORTAND DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
SHIPPING-CHARGES
thelamp.gr addressed and serves customers worldwide. Shipping costs vary depending on the type, size, weight of items and destination. We have developed our policy on consignment as possible fairly.
1. Ioannina within our means of transport receive your order the next working day (a prerequisite to have received an email confirmation and processing of your order).
2. You also receive your orders from our headquarters, Christou Katsari 6 ZIP Code 45221 Ioannina, no charge.
3. For the rest of Greece, for purchases over 99€ (without VAT) the customer is not charged for the carriage of the order up to 3kg of weight and mass. For smaller value purchases cost is 3.60€ till 3Kg of weight and mass, more than 3Kg cost is 1,50€/Kg.
Shipments of packages made by a company courier ACS or Post Office.
Orders also can be sent with the ELTA Courier with a charge of 3.60€ up to 2kg weight and mass, over 2kg the cost is 1€/kg
If order payment on delivery only applies for deliveries in Greece and only value of purchases not exceeding 300€, which is charged with cash on delivery management costs 2,50€ per order and shipment only with ELTA post office.
If the customer wants the mission to become a carrier of his choice, it must first inform the relevant department. In this case do not apply low rates that we provide.
4. In case of dispatch by COURIER hard to access the package will remain at the nearest local office and received from there. Delivery is possible even in inaccessible area after consultation with the ACS and in the event of extra charge.
5. For heavy objects or volume shipments are made with partner agencies transport thelamp.gr
The charge transport depends on the size and weight of the order relating to transfer agent services in your area.
For shipments to countries in Europe and beyond is becoming one shipment by Post Office (with tracking number) and the charging adjusts the country and Weight.
Also, for Europe countries only the shipments can be sent and with DHL Express.
Orders are shipped within 2-10 business days (depending on the existence and availability of the product. If it can run your order by force majeure (strikes, bad weather, etc.) should contact you to tell us if you complete your order.

Like all e-commerce companies are not responsible for individual items lost in transit. The optional insurance depends on the company making the transfer (e.g. Post Office or (ACS).
RETURNS
You have the right to return the products you have purchased and without having to tell us the reason why you wish to return the products, within a period of 14 days from the date of issue of the document.
In this case, you only bear the direct cost of returning the products.
If you wish to return the products you purchased to us, you can send us an email to sales@thelamp.gr or contact us through the contact form on our website to give you a Product Return Authorization Number.
Return Process
1. Pack the product in a larger box to avoid any damage during transport.
2. Place the package in which you create the necessary documents to prove the transaction (e.g. ITT, MA, St. Retail e.t.c.).
3. In case of return due to poor operation, describe exactly the problem.
4. You send the parcel through courier agency from which you received your order, consideration Returns Department within that period.

We would like to point out that if the product does not meet the above requirements will be returned to sender with the same charge.
Returns accepted only if the products you wish to return in the same condition as received, but that they be unsealed or has violated the packaging along with the sales receipt or invoice.
Please note that product returns that were not present in STOCK (or in our warehouse or their agency) and custom-made just for you will not be accepted.
To avoid your own suffering, it is advisable to check carefully the time of delivery of your order on the condition of the products and their packaging intact, in order to detect any visible defects (e.g. broken goods, wrong type, etc.).
In case of refund, the refund will be completed within 15 days from the date we receive your remittance to a bank account holder appearing on the shipping of products.
